To tell you the truth, I didn't set out to be an author. Ivy Dashwood was born not from ambition, but from a quiet necessity. There was a time when my world felt heavy and broken, and I came to this little corner of the coast looking for nothing more than a place to breathe.
I began writing the tales of Mistgleam Downs as a way to hide—a paper sanctuary to escape a reality that had become too rough. But a strange thing happens when you build a world to run away to: sometimes, you end up finding your way home.
These stories are simply the pieces of peace I found here, stitched together with rhyme and a little bit of magic.
